They have several ministries that they oversee/minister: a orphanage for older kids who are nearing being independent, Ruthie started many schools in the mountains and across the country, they just recently started (1.5 years ago) a Bible college/seminary in Jacmel where they train national pastors (we still have no news on this), some of their kids normally are in Port Au Prince during the week. My dad is 74 years old and Ruthie a few years younger. My Dad has had heart problems. We did not have contact with them until Thursday morning. They lost everything but everyone is safe. They still continue to get the tremors. There is much damage and they are in desperate need of financial help.
